Salary: $50,000.00
Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance (details available on request); 25 days paid time off, including 7 federal holidays; plus 10 days of sick leave. Federal holidays observed: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Responsibilities
• Handle daily shop operations, including opening and closing the gallery, handling mail, managing shipments, and maintaining a seamless workflow.
• Contribute to the organization and logistics of book fairs, including packing, shipping, and overall preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service, supporting clients and stepping in to assist the team as needed.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, handling inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.

Desirable
• 1–2 years' experience in the rare book trade, auction house, or gallery.
• Experience working in an office environment or similar setting.
